Fixes

• Players were unable to leave start space on Center Park
• Some shops on Center Park did not close after a purchase was made
• Traffic Whistle was not listed in chat at start of player turn
• Traffic Whistle did not clear from players' inventories when it should have
• Center Park intersection arrows do not update after using a Player Swapper
• Some of the Center Park merchants refuse to sell their wears
• Some of the Center Park shops had misplaced logs
• Canceling Tedious Tasks halfway through could cause issues in other minigames
• Ghost Mode did not eliminate tolls
• Players could not attempt Mr. P's fishing challenge on CP due to stray barriers
• Pac-Maze had a misplaced barrier above one of the shops
• Center Park intersection arrows sometimes failed to appear
• Movement enforcement barriers in the CP park occasionally caused suffocation damage
